Ohtsu was established in 1944 and derives its name from the founding city of Izumiotsu, located in the Osaka prefecture of Japan. Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Ohtsu’s origins were in aircraft tyre production. Automotive tyres were added to the portfolio shortly after inception, allowing the company to grow from strength to strength. Nowadays Ohtsu manufactures tyres for local conditions but stays true to its origins with all tyres engineered in Japan.

Fully Pre-Programmed TPMS Sensors – FIT AND FORGET…
STEP 1 – ORDER
Order your TPMS sensors by selecting your car’s make, model, and year. After you place your order, we will carefully program each sensor specifically for your vehicle. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all process—each sensor is customized just for you. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this process easy and straightforward.
STEP 2 – FIT
Have your new TPMS sensors installed by any experienced tyre fitter. Our Automate sensors will automatically sync with the Control Module through a handshake between your vehicle and our sensors. However, some car manufacturers might require you to return to them for programming. Our Automate sensors eliminate that hassle. We’ll provide detailed instructions with your order, or you can find programming instructions for each vehicle make and model on our website.
Additionally, a programming cloning sensor tool is available as an add-on to make everything more convenient.
STEP 3 – DRIVE
Just drive your vehicle – To complete the operation, all that is needed is to drive the vehicle. Yes! It really is that easy! On average it takes around 15 minutes on a steady drive to allow the new pre-programmed sensors to communicate back to the vehicle’s systems. Voila! Your TPMS warning light will now be extinguished.
